Privacy Policy

What data we collect, what we use it for and how you can exercise your rights.

Who processes your data

The person responsible for the treatment is Lex Juicios Abogados SpA, with office at El Golf 40, Las Condes, Metropolitan Region, Chile. You can contact us at contacto@lexjuicios.cl or to +56 9 8766 5124.

What data we collect

We only collect the data that you voluntarily give us so that we can evaluate your request: name, telephone number, email, preferred contact time and a brief description of the matter you are raising.

We do not request sensitive background information at first contact. If your case requires them, we will request them later, through a secure channel and only to the extent that they are necessary.

What do we use them for?

  • Answer your query and evaluate the viability of your case.
  • Coordinate meetings in person or by video call.
  • Provide legal service if you decide to hire us.
  • Comply with legal and record-keeping obligations.

We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties for commercial or advertising purposes.

Confidentiality

All the information we receive is treated confidentially and exclusively to evaluate and, where appropriate, respond to your request. The sending of a form or message does not in itself constitute acceptance of the assignment nor does it create an attorney-client relationship: this relationship is only established when the firm expressly confirms that it assumes the matter.

Conservation

We keep the data of queries that do not result in an order for the time strictly necessary to manage the request and prove the contact. The records of cases actually assumed are kept during the validity of the assignment and the applicable legal deadlines after its end.

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, deletion or blocking of your personal data at any time, as well as oppose certain treatments, in accordance with current Chilean legislation on the protection of privacy and personal data. To exercise them, write to contacto@lexjuicios.cl identifying yourself and indicating your request.

Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information against unauthorized access, loss or improper disclosure, including access control, encrypted channels and restricted access to the team involved in each matter.

Changes to this policy

We may update this document when our processes or applicable regulations change. The current version is always the one published on this page.
